What happens when I hit the limit?

Petals pauses and tells you. Nothing is billed silently. On the free plan the allowance returns the next morning; on Plus you can top up with a credit pack or simply wait for your renewal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription self-serve from settings — it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Where does my data live?

In the EU (Belgium), under GDPR. Your memory is yours: browse it, correct it, export it, or delete it.

Do I need my own API keys?

No. Petals includes every major model out of the box. If you prefer your own keys, bring them — it works either way.
